1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing MindValueUp.com or using our offerings, you fully accept these terms and conditions.

2. Our Offerings

MindValueUp delivers premium business training, tailored leadership programs, executive support, onboarding guidance, and personalized consulting. Explore the “Programs” section for more info.

3. Participant Commitments

Submit accurate and up-to-date information
Abide by the registration procedures
Attend sessions and complete training modules as scheduled

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Swiss francs (CHF), taxes included. Payment is required upfront, in full, prior to course commencement or at sign-up, as per selected plan.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Participants may cancel enrollment any time with a 10-day advance notice before the program starts.

Partial refunds: No refunds are given for courses already in progress.
Full refund: Only available if the program hasn’t started yet.

6. Liability Limitation

MindValueUp is not responsible for damages from third parties or improper use of our materials by participants. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for training.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on MindValueUp.com (brand, text, visuals) is the exclusive property of MindValueUp. Copying is forbidden without prior written consent.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be handled by the courts of Bern, Switzerland.
